Tinmen tracks money owed in Pending Payments, not as automatic weekly bank payouts. Each order produces an entry in either You Owe or Owed to You, and the counter-party settles it directly via UPI.

If a payment you expected hasn’t arrived:

  • Open Pending Payments (Account → Pending Payments). Confirm the entry is in Owed to You, not You Owe.
  • Check Payment Setup. Account → Payment Setup must hold a valid UPI handle, otherwise the buyer or delivery person has nowhere to send.
  • Contact the counter-party directly. Tap their row in Pending Payments to open chat. Settlements are person-to-person; Tinmen is the ledger, not the bank.

If the entry is missing entirely or the amount looks wrong, contact support.
