Each kitchen is paired with a delivery teammate in a pod. If that teammate has marked themselves off on the date you’re posting for, Tinmen blocks the post — there’s no one to deliver the orders.
What you’ll see
After tapping Post N dishes on step 2 of the post wizard, a toast appears with the message:
Your delivery teammate is off on this date. Please contact them or a Tinmen admin.
The wizard stays on the Dishes step. Nothing is created.
What to do
- Pick a different date and try again.
- Contact your delivery teammate directly to confirm their availability.
- Reach out to a Tinmen admin if the date is wrong, or if you need a one-off swap with another delivery person.
