Pending Payments tracks money owed between you, buyers, and delivery from real orders. Each entry stays open until someone marks it paid.

Open the screen

From the kitchen home, tap the menu icon, then tap Pending Payments.

Two sections

  • You Owe — counter-parties who are waiting for money from you. Tap a row to open the per-counter-party screen and record a payment.
  • Owed to You — counter-parties who owe you. View-only here; the other person settles from their app.

If both lists are empty you’ll see All settled up!.

Wallet (credits) is different

The Wallet row in your account screen is a separate balance: referral rewards, friend / team credits, admin top-ups. That balance has nothing to do with order settlements — don’t confuse the two.
