Why can't I sign in with WhatsApp or email?

Tinmen uses phone-number sign-in only, secured by a 6-digit OTP sent by SMS. WhatsApp, email, and social sign-in are not supported.

Your phone number is the primary identifier across the app — it’s how buyers, delivery teammates, and the platform reach you. Keeping it as the only sign-in method keeps that link unambiguous.

If you can’t receive SMS on your phone, contact support.
